Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain our solar products, services, and available offers.
- Follow up with existing and new leads.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Regularly update call and follow-up status.
Requirements
- Hardworking candidates preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates should be willing to work as a full-time employee.
