*Hiring: Executive – Talent Acquisition*

Location: POR, Vadodara

Experience: 2–4 Years

Qualification: MBA/BBA – HR preferred

Salary: 3.0 – 3.60 LPA

Industry: Packaging / Plastic Packaging

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
- Candidate sourcing through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Consultants & References
- CV screening, preliminary interviews & interview coordination
- Build talent pipeline and candidate database
- Manage recruitment consultants/agencies
- Support campus hiring & internship tie-ups

Key Requirements:

- Robust communication & coordination skills
- Manufacturing/Factory HR experience preferred
- Exposure to shop-floor HR activities preferred
- Immediate/short-notice joiners preferred

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
