As we continue to grow our digital presence, we are looking for a skilled Content Writer who can create impactful long-form content (blogs, articles, website pages) as well as high-performing short-form content (social media captions, ad copies, and scripts). This role plays a key part in building brand authority, improving search visibility, and driving engagement across platforms.

About the Role

The Content Writer will be responsible for developing clear, engaging, and conversion-focused content across digital channels. The role requires a balance of creativity and strategy—writing content that educates, ranks well on search engines, and supports marketing and business objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Placement & Interview Content: Research and curate precise, actionable frameworks forcracking aptitude tests, technical rounds, and HR interviews.
- Skill Development Scripting: Write engaging, bite-sized tutorials on developing workplacesoft skills, communication, and industry-specific technical skills.
- Data-Driven Research: Gather and verify hiring figures, salary insights, and recruitmenttrends across both private and government sectors (PSUs, Banking, SSC).




- YouTube Scriptwriting: Turn data into complete, production-ready video scripts thatfeature gripping 30-second hooks, clear narrative arcs, and strategic re-engagementpoints.
- Visual Direction: Embed detailed cues, text overlays, asset callouts, and animationprompts within the scripts to guide the video editing team

Key Skills & Competencies

- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of campus placement drives, corporate recruitment, competitive exam patterns, and assessment tools.
- Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience writing educational content, YouTube scripts,or instructional copy (portfolio required).
- Audience Retention Focus: Deep understanding of YouTube mechanics, viewerpsychology, and how to structure content to hold viewer attention.
- Data Literacy: Ability to find, simplify, and present statistical facts, hiring trends, andcorporate insights accurately.
- Adaptable Voice: Ability to shift writing styles to match different on-camera personas andstudent demographics.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience writing for EdTech platforms, placement cell portals, or career coachingYouTube channels.
- Background in English, Journalism, Communications, or Human Resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
