Sales Coordinator

Full-time, in-office | ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Nucraft is a fabricator of premium aluminium windows and doors. Our clients are architects, designers, and homeowners building high-end homes.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for our clients — on calls, WhatsApp, and in the showroom. You'll understand what a client needs, prepare their quotation, explain it to them, and follow it through to a decision.

What You'll Do

- Handle enquiries across calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Greet clients in the showroom and present our products and finishes
- Prepare quotations in Excel as well as our inhouse software and handle revisions
- Set up meetings for the sales team
- Follow up on open quotations and keep records organised
- Coordinate with the technical and workshop teams on pricing and drawings

What We're Looking For

- Graduate or diploma holder, 1–3 years in sales coordination, inside sales, estimation, client servicing, or front office. Solid freshers considered




- Confident and well-presented, comfortable dealing with premium clients face to face
- Fluent English and Hindi
- Strong Excel and numerical skills, with sharp attention to detail
- Willing to learn a technical product

Training will be provided.

Full-time in-office role, so a manageable commute from the Western suburbs is preferred.
