Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and customer/vendor accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Assist in GST/TDS calculations, filing, and statutory compliance.
- Monitor petty cash and expense tracking.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.





Qualifications & Skill Required:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
- 3 to 7 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles. Based in Thrissur is preferred.
- Experience in retail or Jewelry industry accounting.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP or similar systems.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
