We are seeking an experienced and proactive Civil Site Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing construction sites and executing civil works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating effectively with all stakeholders to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise daily construction site activities

- Execute civil works as per approved drawings and specifications

- Interpret and work with structural and architectural drawings

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers

- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met

- Report site progress and issues to senior management





- Ensure proper utilization of materials and manpower

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer

- Solid knowledge of construction site management

- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Strong focus on quality control and safety compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
