- 1. Finance Strategy - Provide support to CFO for formulation of business strategy and goals. Execute finance & operational strategy to support organizational goals and future growth plans. Design operational plan to execute the financial strategy.

- 2. Business Operations - Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts and financial statements. Providing insights on the financial health of the organization to CFO. Keep track of market trends, Look for cost-reduction opportunities. Correspond with various other departments, discussing organizations plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken. Work on financial system and processes to manage operations and implement best practices to improve effectiveness. Develop and maintain systems for internal finance to safeguard financial assets and interest of the organization. ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations. Coordinate with Chartered accountant, Banks and Financial institutions for financial decisions and operations. Provide data/reports as per requirement and ensure desired work outcomes are achieved.

Funds Procurement & Management - Understand and forecast funds requirement to support business operations and expansion plans. Prepare funds procurement plan. Provide guidance for selection of appropriate source for funding and work out terms/conditions in favor of organization. Ensure funds are procured on time as per business requirement. Release funds to support operational and growth requirements. Monitor the utilization of funds and keep

- 4. Support : Provide operating budget to CFO. Ensure effective implementation of operations. Share information about profit ratios & cost analysis. Provide data for effective financial, cost saving controls to improve organizational performance.
- 5. Financial reporting : Provide reports on project cost, profitability, costing and other aspects to identify challenges. Develop credibility by providing accurate analysis and financial trends on time.

- 6. Corporate Communication & Relations : Represent the organization in various forums & platforms to create sound image. Maintain cordial relations with all the stake holders to safeguard the interest of organization.

Education : CA,CS or relevant

experience : More than 8 years

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
