Team Leader Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of telesales executives
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and monitor performance
- Monitor outbound calling, lead follow-up, and sales conversion performance

Team Leader Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Inside Sales Team Leader preferred
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Tele Sales Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Explain products to customers effectively
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and sales opportunities
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
