Job Description – Hardware Technician (Desktop Support)

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

l Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, printers, and peripheral devices

l Troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking-related issues

l Providing desktop and technical support to staff and departments

l Basic LAN/WAN networking support and internet connectivity troubleshooting

l Installation and maintenance of operating systems and antivirus software

l Coordinating with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements

l Maintaining inventory and service records of IT equipment

Eligibility Criteria:

l Diploma in Computer Hardware or related fieldl Knowledge of Networking is mandatory

l Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in desktop support or hardware maintenancel Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills
