Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced NOC Manager to lead our IT infrastructure and Network Operations team, ensuring network reliability, timely incident resolution, SLA compliance, and effective team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, switches, routers, and other network infrastructure.
- Lead the NOC team, including roster planning, performance management, and technical support.
- Monitor network performance, ISP connectivity, incidents, and SLAs.
- Handle critical incidents and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
- Prepare RCA, Corrective Action, and Preventive Action reports.
- Manage IT assets, user access, Microsoft 365, and Azure administration.
- Monitor and maintain hotel Wi-Fi and remote-site network infrastructure.




- Coordinate with vendors and the AU team for technical support requirements.
- Ensure IT security, compliance, and operational standards are maintained.

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in IT or Network Operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Experience in an ISP or complex enterprise environment is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, team management, and incident-management skills.
- CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet, Microsoft, Ubiquiti, or ITIL certifications are an advantage.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
