Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and well-groomed F&B; Supervisor to manage food and beverage service at a VIP private residence. The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality, with excellent knowledge of fine dining and VIP service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily F&B; service operations at the VIP residence.
- Provide personalized, professional, and discreet service to the VIP and guests.
- Supervise and coordinate F&B; staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure proper table setup, food presentation, and service according to luxury standards.
- Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff regarding menus, meal timings, and special requests.
- Manage formal dinners, private functions, and special events at the residence.
- Ensure all dining areas, service areas, crockery, cutlery, and glassware are maintained to high standards.
- Monitor F&B; inventory and coordinate replenishment of required items.
- Train and guide service staff on proper etiquette and VIP service standards.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, privacy,



and discretion while working with VIP guests.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with other household staff to ensure seamless service.
- Prepare duty schedules and allocate responsibilities to F&B; staff when required.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of F&B; experience, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Previous experience as an F&B; Supervisor, Captain, or Senior F&B; professional.
- Strong experience in fine dining and VIP service.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Strong leadership and staff supervision skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled grooming, etiquette, and a service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Experience working in a VIP/private residence will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹52,433.48 - ₹60,040.58 per month
