About the Internship

We are looking for an IT Support & Network Intern who is interested in building hands-on experience in IT support, computer hardware, networking, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.

This is an onsite internship in Coimbatore, ideal for students, recent graduates, and freshers who want practical exposure to day-to-day IT operations.

What You’ll Do

- Monitor internet, LAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity and perform daily speed tests.
- Troubleshoot basic network issues such as connectivity, IP conflicts, and access problems.
- Provide basic technical support for computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, power, and software issues.
- Set up new PCs, install operating systems, drivers, and required software.
- Perform basic computer maintenance, cleaning, and preventive checks.
- Assist with network switches, cables, patch cords, and network ports.
- Support PC installation, relocation,



and configuration as required.
- Maintain IT service records, equipment details, IP information, and network documentation.
- Assist with regular IT maintenance and reporting activities.

Who Can Apply?

- Students or freshers pursuing/completed Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, networking, LAN/Wi-Fi, and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Robust interest in learning practical IT infrastructure and support.
- Candidates who are comfortable working onsite in Coimbatore.
