About the Role

Narayana e-Techno School is looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher who can create an engaging learning environment and help students develop solid language, communication, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons as per the school curriculum.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, literature, and communication skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities, assessments, and teaching resources.
- Develop students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities.
- Monitor and evaluate students' academic progress.
- Provide individual attention and additional support to students where required.
- Maintain effective classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Encourage students to participate in discussions, presentations, debates, and creative activities.
- Conduct class tests, assessments, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Communicate students' progress and areas of improvement to parents when required.




- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, training sessions, and other academic activities.
- Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers for effective academic planning.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in English or a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in a reputed school is preferred.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passionate about teaching and working with students.
- Creative, patient, organized, and learner-focused.
- Comfortable using digital teaching tools and technology.
