Job Title Project Manager (Installed Base) Job Description As part of the End-to-End Digital Customer Relationships, Installed base tracking has become one of the key pillar to grow drastically Services revenues: both field services and digital services. We are seeking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Installed Base Team to lead and manage projects within a software development environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing tech-related projects, proficiency in agile methodologies, and technical expertise to effectively communicate with development teams, designers, and stakeholders. Installed base (IB) is the central data platform where all the product asset data that we track is collected, qualified, consolidated, and exposed. The Project Manager is a key team member of installed base digital capability. When working in that team, its role is to: 1. Project Management: a. Plan, coordinate, and oversee all stages of technological projects from inception to implementation. b. Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. c. Manage risks and resolve issues related to the projects. 2. Team Leadership: a. Act as a liaison between development teams, stakeholders, and clients. b. Motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals. c. Foster a collaborative and continuous improvement environment. 3. Agile Methodologies: b.



Implement and oversee agile methodologies. c. Facilitate agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, etc. c. Work on backlog prioritization alongside the Product Owner. 4. Technical Background: a. Understand and evaluate technical project requirements. b. Collaborate with developers to solve technical challenges. c. Collaborate with functional analysts to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. 5. Stakeholder Management: a. Coordinate with internal and external team stakeholders to align expectations and ensure satisfaction. b. Regularly report project status to senior management and stakeholders. Public Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Project Management certification is a plus. - 5-10 years of IT Project Management experience in multinational environments, ideally with previous experience as a software developer, systems engineer, or in a similar technical role. - Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies. - Proven ability to effectively manage large-scale projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Skills - Given the global nature of this position, fluency in written and spoken English is required. - Strong analytical, synthesis and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Highly proactive, reliable, and self-directed. - Initiative to uncover and solve problems proactively. - Ability to understand complex software development environments.
