Job Overview

We are looking for an active, alert, and quality-focused QC Executive for our modern elastic manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for in-line quality inspection, process monitoring, defect identification, shade checking, and final packing audits to ensure that narrow fabrics and elastic tapes meet internal quality standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular roaming/in-line quality inspections across production areas.
- Monitor running looms, knitting, dyeing, and finishing processes for quality deviations.
- Identify defects related to width, elongation, construction, weaving, knitting, and appearance.
- Perform shade matching against approved standards/masters and identify shade variations.
- Inspect festooning, layering, rolling, and packing for proper alignment, tension, and presentation.
- Ensure finished products meet defined quality specifications and customer requirements.
- Record inspection results and maintain daily QC reports and quality records.




- Immediately report major or recurring defects to the QC/Production Supervisor or HOD.
- Coordinate with production teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Conduct re-checking of corrected defects and ensure proper implementation of corrective actions.
- Support final inspection and dispatch quality clearance when required.
- Follow company quality procedures, inspection standards, and safety requirements.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of textile/narrow fabric/elastic quality inspection.
- Strong observation and defect-identification skills.
- Good understanding of shade variation and color matching.
- Knowledge of width, elongation, construction, tension, and appearance checking.
- Basic knowledge of QC documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work actively on the shop floor and coordinate with production teams.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
