Job Title: Quality Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software by collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying issues, and supporting the delivery of high-quality products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Understand requirements and generate test cases
● Execute manual test cases and accurately record the results.
● Identify, document, and track software defects using the designated bug-tracking tool.
● Take complete ownership of tasks assigned and collaborate with team members to reproduce and resolve issues.
● Participate in test planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings.
● Validate new features and perform regression testing before releases.
● Create and maintain regression suites
● Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans and test data. Required Skills & Qualifications
● 1-3 years of experience in the IT Industry
● Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
● Familiarity with web or mobile application testing.
● Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
● Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Experience in basic SQL for database validation.
● Knowledge of API testing.
Nice to Have
● Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Pytest) or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
● Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
● Familiarity with AI tools for optimising testing (Claude or Copilot)
