Job Description: Voice Process – US Auto Insurance Position: Process Associate

Location: Bengaluru (North)

Shift: US Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)

Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Outbound Telecallers to interact with US-based insurance customers for new policy sales and renewal of existing insurance policies before their expiry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a customer-centric approach to achieve sales and renewal targets.

Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to US-based customers regarding recent insurance policy sales and policy renewals. Contact existing customers before policy expiry and assist them with the renewal process. Understand customer insurance requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans. Explain policy features, coverage, premiums, benefits, and renewal options clearly and professionally. Address customer queries and objections while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Follow up with prospective customers to maximize policy conversions and renewals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and renewal targets.



Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations during customer interactions. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth policy issuance or renewal process. Required Skills Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or easily understandable accent. Strong negotiation, persuasion and customer service skills. Ability to build rapport with international customers over the phone. Good listening skills and objection-handling abilities. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Eligibility Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Prior experience in US Voice Process, International BPO, Insurance Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Support is an added advantage. Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Days: Monday to Friday Week Off: Saturday-Sunday Preferred

Candidate Profile Excellent spoken English.

Confident and persuasive communication style. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Target-driven and self-motivated. Willingness to work in night shifts (US timings).

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
