Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our fitness centre team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving membership sales, building client relationships, and promoting our fitness programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and convert them into memberships.
- Conduct tours of the fitness centre for prospective clients.
- Explain membership options, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and events.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in fitness or hospitality or retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for health and fitness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends.
- Basic computer skills for managing CRM and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
