About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive Operations Analyst to help streamline the job application journey for our clients. You’ll work closely with them to manage applications, optimize resumes/LinkedIn profiles, track progress, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. This is a key role that blends coordination, communication, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

● Support clients in applying for data/tech jobs aligned with their goals.

● Customize resumes and LinkedIn profiles for better job fit and visibility.

● Maintain trackers and manage application data using spreadsheets/tools.





● Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients.

● Monitor job market trends and continuously improve the application process.

● Occasionally assist the internal team with basic sourcing or coordination tasks.

What You’ll Need

● 1-2 years experience in technical recruitement, IT hiring, client-facing roles.

● Strong analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets.

● Excellent communication and organizational skills.

● Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

● A startup mindset — adaptable, fast, and solutions-focused.

Education- BE/B.Tech, BCA, MCA

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Worked on targets: 1 year (Required)
- IT recruitment: 1 year (Preferred)
