About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales and business growth for our School ERP solution. The role involves identifying schools and educational institutions, engaging with school management and decision-makers, understanding their requirements, demonstrating the ERP platform, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities among schools, colleges, and educational institutions in Mumbai and surrounding areas.

Build relationships with school owners, trustees, principals, administrators, and management teams.

Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, referrals, email, and digital channels.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of the School ERP.





Understand the school's operational requirements and recommend appropriate ERP modules and solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and onboarding.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely closure of opportunities.

Maintain accurate sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and pipeline information in the CRM.

Attend education exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and networking events when required.

Coordinate with the implementation, customer success, and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition after sales.

Track competitor offerings and provide market feedback to the management team.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
