Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain accurate Material Testing Reports regularly
- Generate IIR (Incoming Inspection Reports) for incoming raw materials
- Handle Loading Inspection Reports for outgoing shipments
- Analyze and document Raw Material Analysis Reports
- Compile daily/weekly/monthly Production Reports for management review
- Track and report Quality-related data including rejections and deviations
- Document Loading and Unloading Reports for material movement
- Ensure timely and error-free submission of all reports to concerned departments
- Collaborate with QC, Production, and Store teams to gather accurate data
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all report formats

Skills Required:

- Basic Excel Knowledge (Preferred)
- Good documentation and data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Coordination skills across departments




- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1–2 years (Freshers with good Excel & Documentation knowledge will be considered)
