Manage the sales floor and oversee daily store operations.

Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team.

Ensure high standards of customer service and client handling.

Assist customers with product selection and ensure a premium shopping experience.

Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving store targets.

Handle customer queries, feedback and escalations professionally.

Coordinate with the stock and merchandising teams for smooth store functioning.

Maintain visual presentation, cleanliness and overall luxury-store standards.

Monitor staff discipline, attendance and daily responsibilities.

Prepare and share daily sales and operational reports with management.

Requirements

Relevant experience in luxury fashion, ethnic wear, premium retail or apparel retail is preferred.





Previous experience in a supervisory/floor-management role is strongly preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer-handling and team-management abilities.

Well-groomed, confident and qualified personality.

Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

Ability to work in a fast-paced premium retail environment.
