Role: Lead Generation Specialist (Meta & Google)
OverviewRemote role driving high-ROI paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google Ads to deliver qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities

- Set up, manage, and scale lead generation campaigns across Meta (FB/IG) and Google (Search/PMax/YouTube).
- Optimize funnels, landing pages, and instant forms to minimize CPL.
- Write direct-response ad copy, develop creative hooks, and use AI tools for rapid testing.
- Manage tracking infrastructure: GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, and CAPI.
- Run continuous A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor analytics and deliver explicit performance reports.

Requirements

- 2+ years of paid ad management experience (Meta & Google Ads).
- Strong technical tracking skills (GTM, GA4, CAPI).
- Experience with AI tools for ad copywriting and creative workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset focused on CPA/ROAS optimization.
- High-speed internet and reliable remote setup.
