The GEM Executive is responsible for managing all activities related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including product listing, bid participation, tender management, order processing, and compliance with government procurement policies. The role requires solid knowledge of GeM procedures, documentation, and vendor registration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete operations on the GeM portal (registration, product upload, catalog management).
- Participate in bids, reverse auctions, and direct purchase orders.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial documents for tenders.
- Monitor bid status, order confirmations, and payment tracking.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, logistics) for smooth execution of GeM orders.
- Ensure compliance with GeM policies, pricing guidelines, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain updated records of transactions and government communications.
- Resolve portal-related issues and coordinate with GeM support when required.




- Track performance ratings and vendor score on GeM.
- Stay updated with changes in GeM rules and government procurement policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience handling GeM portal operations.
- Strong knowledge of government tendering processes.
- Good understanding of documentation and compliance procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and online portal management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and deadline-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in handling multiple product categories on GeM.
- Knowledge of e-tendering and government procurement systems.
- Basic understanding of taxation (GST) and invoicing procedures.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
