About the Role

Hablo is looking for an energetic and articulate Education Counselor to join our team at GTB Nagar. You will guide prospective students, understand their learning goals, and help them choose the right programs to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and training programs.
- Handle inbound walk-ins, telephonic queries, and leads.
- Guide prospects through the admission process and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of student queries, follow-ups, and admissions.




- Coordinate with the academic team to stay updated on course details and schedules.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Convincing ability with a customer-focused attitude.
- Prior experience in counseling, sales, or front-desk management (freshers with robust communication may also apply).
- Basic proficiency in computer usage and lead management.
