Designation: Warehouse & Inventory Executive – Trading

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, trading, or supply chain operations & Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and inventory documentation.

Job Summary

Responsible for the proper receiving, storage, inventory control, documentation, packing, and dispatch preparation of trading products, ensuring accurate stock records and timely reporting of discrepancies.

1. Material Receiving & Verification

- Verify the quantity and expiry date of all incoming trading products.
- Ensure received materials are properly checked and recorded.

2. Inventory Record Management

- Maintain accurate bin cards for all trading materials.
- Record all inward and outward material movements.
- Maintain and regularly update the available stock sheet in Excel/Google Sheets, including expiry details and stock other than allocated orders.

3. Carton & Order Management





- Update carton details in registers as per customer/party orders.
- Maintain accurate carton details in the system/FDIR records.

4. Packing & Dispatch Preparation

- Remove stickers as per order requirements.
- Pack cartons according to customer/client specifications.
- Ensure cartons are properly prepared for dispatch.

5. Bin Card Management

- Maintain real-time stock records at the storage location.
- Ensure physical stock matches the corresponding bin card records.
- Avoid cutting, overwriting, or unauthorized alterations in bin cards and stock records.

6. Stock Verification

- Conduct periodic physical stock verification without delay.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation between physical stock and records.
- Immediately report any stock discrepancy to the Purchase Department and concerned authority.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
