We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Education Counsellor Cum Telecaller to join our team at Andheri and Nerul.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with students and prospective learners, understanding their career goals, explaining our training programs, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads.
- Counsel students regarding suitable courses and career opportunities.
- Explain course curriculum, benefits, fees, and placement/career opportunities.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Maintain lead and counselling records.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.




- Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills

- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, education counselling, inside sales, or customer service.
- Arts graduates are preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in an education/training institute will be an advantage.
