We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, handle reconciliations, prepare reports, and ensure timely compliance with applicable financial and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, expenses, and payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related data.
- Support GST return filing, TDS calculations, and challan preparation.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely payments.
- Assist with monthly and yearly closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting-related issues.




- Prepare MIS reports and other financial statements as required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, taxation, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance/CMA / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- 3–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in GST return filing, TDS, bank reconciliation, and general accounting will be preferred.
