RK Life Care INC is looking for a responsible, well-organized, and professional Office Assistant to join our team in Vadodara.

We are seeking a candidate who can efficiently manage day-to-day office activities, communicate professionally with clients and team members, and provide reliable administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily office administration and routine tasks.
- Handle calls, emails, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, staff, and departments.
- Maintain records and important documents.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Support management and ensure smooth office operations.

Candidate Requirements:





- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably as a Personal/Office Assistant
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Good knowledge of basic office work and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional, confident, and presentable personality
- Willingness to travel whenever required
- Ability to work responsibly and maintain confidentiality
