Position: Project Manager

Role Summary
The Project Manager will be the single point of accountability for the successful execution of a 5-star hospitality project in Ayodhya. The role involves managing project planning, execution, client coordination, statutory approvals, budgeting, quality, safety, and timely project delivery. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure all project milestones are achieved within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and oversee the hospitality project from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and interior design teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately on site.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource plans, and budgets; proactively identify and resolve delays or bottlenecks.
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including supervision of contractors, vendors, and sub-contractors.
- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, building codes, safety regulations,



and hospitality industry standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews; prepare status reports and present updates to management and clients.
- Review and approve project documentation, drawings, RFIs, and change orders.
- Coordinate procurement and material planning to avoid project delays.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications throughout construction and finishing stages.
- Manage risk identification, mitigation, and overall project governance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (B.Arch / B.E. / B.Tech).
- PG diploma or PMP certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 7–10 years of relevant experience, with a strong track record managing hospitality or large-format commercial projects.
- Prior experience in 5-star hotel or resort projects will be strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
