We are hiring Customer Care Executives for an International Voice & Chat Process in Mohali.

Eligibility
- Education: 12th Pass to Any Graduate
- Age: 18–35 Years
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Good English speaking and communication skills
- Comfortable working in Night Shifts
- Customer service/BPO experience will be an advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Handle International Customers through Voice & Chat
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries
- Provide professional and effective customer support
- Maintain and update customer information in the system/database
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries
- Maintain valuable customer service and communication standards
