We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Chef / Café Cook to join our gaming café team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable preparing quick-service café food, maintaining consistent taste and quality, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment and can independently manage day-to-day kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food and beverages according to the café menu.

Maintain consistent taste, presentation, portion sizes, and food quality.

Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure timely preparation of orders.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking equipment.

Manage basic kitchen inventory and inform management when ingredients need to be restocked.

Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices.

Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.

Handle multiple orders efficiently during busy gaming hours.

Keep the kitchen organized and ensure all ingredients are properly stored.

Suggest improvements or additions to the café menu when appropriate.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Cook, Chef, Café Cook, or similar role preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage the kitchen.

Punctual, responsible, and reliable.

Good attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
