HR intern Responsibilities:

Updating company databases by inputting employee contact information and employment details:

1. Current Joining & Hiring

- Coordinate campus hiring and interview scheduling.
- Support HR team in onboarding new employees across all project sites and ensure joining approvals are confirmed before onboarding.
- Collect and file appropriately joining documents (physical + soft copy).

2. HR Coordination & Compliance

- Liaise with HR team, site staff, and HR Head.
- Ensure compliance awareness for linemen/helpers/drivers.
- Support statutory record maintenance (ESIC, PF, labour codes).

3. Employee Data & MIS

- Maintain employee master sheet and MIS reports.
- Maintain MIS reports for recruitment, attendance, and compliance.

4. Weekly Manpower Tracking

- Schedule and track site staff weekly.
- Cross-verify actual working staff at site locations.
- Identify staff who are continuously working or have left the job.
- Streamline manpower data to reflect actual site presence.

5. Attendance & ID Cards





- Monitor daily attendance of regional office staff and ensure system updates.
- Prepare and issue employee ID cards with proper records to new manpower.
