Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, visually engaging, accessible, and responsive digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user-centred design, prototyping, design systems, and modern AI-powered design tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct user research through surveys, analytics, and usability testing to understand user needs and business requirements.
- Create user personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design intuitive, responsive, and accessible UI for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
- Collaborate with Product Manager, BA, Developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions.
- Validate designs through usability testing, feedback, and iterative improvements.
- Ensure designs follow usability, accessibility (WCAG), and mobile-first best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging UX/UI trends, AI technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

1.UI/UX Design

- Strong understanding of Human-Centred Design, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with User Flows, Wireframes, High-Fidelity UI Designs, Prototypes, and Design Systems.




- Strong visual design skills including typography, spacing, layout, colour theory, and iconography.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 and accessibility principles.

2. Design Tools

- Figma – Mandatory
- FigJam
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
- Miro
- Adobe XD / Zeplin – Positive to have

3.AI Tools

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Figma AI, or similar tools for research, ideation, content creation, and design workflows.

Technical Understanding

- Responsive and Mobile-First Design
- Design Systems and Component-Based Design
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and developer handoff

Nice to Have

- Motion Design – After Effects / Lottie
- UX Writing and Micro-interactions
- Design Tokens
- Experience designing AI-powered products or AI-assisted workflows
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks and development constraints
- Strong UI/UX portfolio demonstrating relevant projects

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
