Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving cross-functional projects across the organization. This role acts as the central point of coordination between Engineering, Design, SCM, Production, Quality, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Service, and senior management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The Project Manager will monitor project progress, identify risks, facilitate decision-making, and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders while maintaining project timelines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, SCM, Production, Quality, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Service, and other cross-functional teams to ensure project progress.
- Act as the single point of contact between cross-functional teams and senior management for project-related communication and updates.
- Conduct regular project review meetings, track action items,



and ensure timely closure.
- Monitor project schedules, identify risks, dependencies, and delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Escalate critical issues, resource constraints, and project risks to management with suitable mitigation plans.
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes (MoM), and progress updates to management.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely availability of resources required for project execution.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project objectives, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive accountability across teams and follow up on pending tasks to achieve project milestones.
- Maintain complete project documentation and ensure adherence to organizational processes.
- Support new product development, process improvement initiatives, and strategic projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Automotive, EV, Manufacturing, or Engineering industries.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
