### Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven *Social Media Marketing Executive* to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content, communication, and social media skills, along with an understanding of digital marketing trends.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

* Manage social media accounts such as *Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube*.

- Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Prepare and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant metrics.




- Coordinate with the design and content teams to create high-quality creatives.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on reach, engagement, leads, and overall performance.
- Continuously experiment with new content formats and strategies to improve engagement and brand visibility.

### Required Skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Creativity and an eye for engaging content.

* Basic knowledge of *Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube*.

- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Basic understanding of paid advertising is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.

### Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in social media marketing or digital marketing is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant internships or robust social media portfolios may also be considered.
