Atmann App Pvt. Ltd. is building technology-driven solutions focused on creating a seamless and efficient customer experience. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented **Inventory Manager** to manage inventory operations, stock movement, records, and coordination at our Mhow location.

## Role Overview

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for **end-to-end inventory management**, including stock receiving, storage, issuance, reconciliation, inventory records, stock audits, and coordination with procurement, operations, and other internal teams.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets or inventory software, and capable of maintaining accurate stock records.

## Key Responsibilities

### 1. Inventory Management

* Manage day-to-day inventory operations at the Mhow location.

* Maintain accurate records of incoming, outgoing, available, damaged, and returned inventory.

* Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or excess inventory.

* Ensure proper categorization, labeling, and storage of inventory.

* Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels as required.

### 2. Goods Receiving & Dispatch

* Verify incoming materials/products against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.

* Check quantity, quality, packaging, and condition of received goods.

* Record all inward and outward stock movements.

* Coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams for timely movement of inventory.

* Ensure proper documentation for all stock transfers.

### 3. Stock Reconciliation & Audits

* Conduct regular physical stock counts.





* Reconcile physical inventory with system/Excel records.

* Identify discrepancies and investigate their causes.

* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.

* Support periodic internal inventory audits.

### 4. Inventory Control

* Implement proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

* Monitor damaged, expired, obsolete, or slow-moving stock.

* Minimize inventory loss, wastage, and pilferage.

* Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.

* Maintain a clean and organized warehouse/inventory area.

### 5. Reporting & Documentation

* Maintain accurate inventory registers and supporting documents.

* Prepare stock statements and inventory movement reports.

* Track inventory KPIs such as stock accuracy, wastage, shortages, and turnover.

* Share regular inventory status with management.

* Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.

### 6. Coordination

* Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Logistics teams.

* Communicate stock availability and shortages to relevant teams.

* Coordinate with vendors/suppliers regarding discrepancies or damaged goods.

* Escalate major inventory issues to management promptly.

## Required Skills

* Strong inventory and stock-management skills.

* Good knowledge of **MS Excel / Google Sheets**.

* Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

* Positive numerical and analytical skills.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Good communication and coordination skills.





* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

* Basic knowledge of inventory/ERP software will be an advantage.

* Ability to conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Graduate/Diploma in any relevant discipline.

* 1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, stock management, or operations.

* Candidates with experience in startup, e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, or service operations will be preferred.

* Candidates residing in or around **Mhow/Indore** will be preferred.

## Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The Inventory Manager will be evaluated on:

* Inventory accuracy

* Stock reconciliation accuracy

* Reduction in stock discrepancies

* Timely inward/outward processing

* Reduction in inventory wastage and damage

* Proper documentation

* Timely inventory reporting

* Warehouse organization and process discipline

* Compliance with inventory procedures

## Working Conditions

* **Work Location:** Mhow, Madhya Pradesh

* Full-time, on-site role.

* The role may require physical verification and handling of inventory.

* Occasional coordination with vendors, logistics partners, and other locations may be required.

## Compensation

**₹1.2 – ₹1.8 Lakhs per annum**, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
