Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer – Civil for our Ranchi operations, with strong experience in project coordination, client handling, BOQ preparation, tendering and client presentations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of civil construction along with excellent communication and client-management skills. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and internal project teams and supporting the company in securing and executing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client communication and relationship management for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Attend client meetings and understand project requirements, scope and technical specifications.
- Prepare and review BOQ, estimates, rate analysis and project cost calculations.
- Study tender documents, drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate tender submissions, quotations and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors and subcontractors for project requirements.
- Prepare professional client presentations, project proposals and technical presentations.
- Present project proposals, methodologies, estimates and execution plans to clients.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling and execution monitoring.
- Review drawings and coordinate with the technical/site team for execution requirements.
- Conduct site visits and assess project requirements, quantities and execution conditions.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates,



MOMs and other technical documentation.
- Identify new project opportunities and support the Business Development team with technical inputs.
- Coordinate between the client, site team and management to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support negotiations with clients regarding scope, BOQ, rates, variations and project requirements.

Candidate Profile

- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 7–10+ years of experience in civil construction, EPC, infrastructure or real estate.
- Strong experience in client handling and project coordination.
- Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, estimation and rate analysis.
- Good understanding of tendering and bidding processes.
- Experience in preparing and delivering client presentations and project proposals.
- Ability to read and understand civil/architectural drawings.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.

Preferred Experience

Candidates who have worked with construction contractors, EPC companies, infrastructure companies or real estate developers and have independently handled clients, tenders and project proposals will be preferred.
