Job Summary

The Interior Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating interior finishing works at the project site, ensuring that all activities are completed safely, on schedule, and according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior finishing and fit-out activities at the project site.
- Coordinate civil, architectural, MEP, and other related works to ensure smooth execution.
- Review approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements before execution.
- Monitor installation of flooring, ceilings, partitions, doors, painting, wall finishes, fixtures, and other interior works.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site manpower.
- Check materials delivered to site and ensure they meet approved specifications and quality requirements.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved method statements and inspection procedures.
- Monitor daily progress against the project schedule and report delays or issues to management.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify defects, rework, and incomplete activities.
- Coordinate inspections with QA/QC and ensure proper closure of punch-list items.
- Maintain daily site records, progress reports, material requirements, and manpower records.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices within the work area.




- Coordinate with engineering and design teams regarding drawings, site queries, and technical issues.
- Ensure all completed works are ready for inspection, testing, handover, and commissioning where applicable.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of interior finishing materials, installation methods, and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and MEP drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction quality and site safety requirements.
- Strong coordination, communication, and team-management skills.

Performance Expectations

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver interior works with high quality, minimal rework, safe execution, and timely completion, while maintaining effective coordination between the project team, subcontractors, vendors, and other disciplines.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
