Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can develop and execute effective social media strategies for different brands. The ideal candidate should have strong content planning, copywriting, analytics, and social media optimization skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies for different brands.
- Plan monthly content calendars, content themes, and content pillars.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, post copies, and creative briefs.
- Optimize content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media performance and use analytics to improve content strategies.
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams to execute campaigns.
- Research social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Identify new content opportunities and formats to improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Use AI tools to improve content planning, ideation, research,



and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in Social Media Strategy and Content Planning.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience in social media analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Ability to develop and manage monthly content calendars.
- Robust understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and social media workflows.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
