- Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales to meet or exceed individual monthly targets.
- Product Knowledge: Deep knowledge of fabrics and current ethnic trends.
- Excellent communication skills (local language + basic English/Hindi).
- Passion for ethnic fashion and textile knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a polite, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
