About the Role

Capthical Hub Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Australian Bookkeeping Preparer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations for our Australian clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update accurate financial records using accounting software
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation and filing of BAS, IAS, and other statutory returns
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in financial records
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Requirements

Qualification: CA / CMA / CS (Qualified or Dropout), MBA (Finance), M.Com,



B.Com

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in bookkeeping or accounting

Skills:

- Robust understanding of accounting principles
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with accounting software such as MYOB, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and XERO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
