Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Class Readiness

Verify schedules, teacher attendance, and materials.

Test tech setup (links, audio/video, screen sharing).

Preemptively resolve issues before classes start.

2. Class Observation & Monitoring

Monitor scheduled online and offline classes.

Evaluate teaching quality, communication, and classroom management.

Ensure adherence to lesson plans, timelines, and standards.

3. Student Engagement & Environment

Track student attendance, participation, and discipline.





Assess doubt resolution and overall learning experience.

Identify and support disengaged or at-risk students.

4. Compliance & Documentation

Audit attendance, assignments, and class documentation.

Track syllabus coverage and academic quality compliance.

Document all observations and quality findings.

5. Reporting & Improvement

Compile daily/weekly quality monitoring reports.

Share feedback with Coordinators and escalate critical issues to management.

Recommend and track corrective actions and improvement initiatives.

6. Training & Development

Conduct induction, refresher, and methodology training.

Identify skill gaps from observations and design targeted training plans.

Provide ongoing coaching and coordinate professional development.
