- Candidate Sourcing: Search job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases using Boolean operators to find qualified candidates.
- Resume Screening: Evaluate applications against client job requirements to shortlist eligible candidates.
- Telephonic Screening: Conduct initial phone calls to assess candidates' communication skills, salary expectations, and notice periods.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interview slots and align availability between candidates and client hiring managers.
- Candidate Preparation: Brief applicants on client expectations, job descriptions, and interview tips before their meetings.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
