Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to handle the company’s social media presence across different pages and platforms and contribute to brand growth through strategic and creative content execution.

Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts on a daily basis.
- Create and schedule posts, reels, and stories.
- Research trending topics and identify content opportunities.
- Write engaging captions and create attention-grabbing hooks.
- Prepare weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with the internal team for content approvals and publishing.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and page activity.
- Ensure consistency in branding and communication.
- Ensure efficiency, multitasking and willingness to perform in a high paced STARTUP workplace.

Required Skills





- 3–4 years of social media management experience.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Experience in content planning and scheduling.
- Ability to create engaging hooks for reels and short videos.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Can multitask in a high paced, continuously growing startup environment.

Preferred Skills

- Basic CapCut editing knowledge.
- Basic Canva graphic designing skills.
- Understanding of camera positioning, lighting, and framing.
- Ownership of a good-quality smartphone capable of shooting videos.

Additional Requirement

- Weekend availability is compulsory.
