Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage factory procurement activities, ensure timely material availability, and maintain vendor relationships for smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle purchase of raw materials, packing materials, and factory supplies
- Raise Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up with vendors
- Compare quotations and negotiate prices with suppliers
- Ensure timely delivery of materials for production needs
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores & production teams
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships
- Track market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with accounts for bill verification and payment follow-up




- Ensure quality and quantity of purchased materials

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in factory or manufacturing industry
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
