- Oversee daily medical and clinical operations across OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, ER, and diagnostics.
- Coordinate with consultants, residents, nursing, and paramedical teams to ensure uninterrupted clinical services.
- Ensure effective patient flow from admission to discharge, minimizing delays and bottlenecks.
- Monitor clinical schedules, duty rosters, and availability of doctors and clinical staff.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, SOPs, and NABH standards.
- Support Medical Superintendent in implementing clinical governance and patient safety initiatives.
- Track clinical KPIs including bed occupancy, OT utilization, OPD footfall, ALOS, and discharge TAT.
- Address operational issues related to clinical departments and escalate appropriately.
- Coordinate medico-legal documentation, consent processes, and statutory compliance.
- Work closely with Quality, Nursing, Infection Control, and Biomedical teams.
- Facilitate clinical audits, mortality & morbidity meetings, and departmental reviews.
- Support onboarding, credentialing,



and induction of doctors and clinical staff.
- Ensure effective communication between clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Assist in planning expansion of clinical services and recent specialties.
- Handle patient and doctor grievances related to medical operations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification:
- MBBS / BDS / B.Sc Nursing / Masters in Hospital Administration (MHA)
- Clinical background preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum 3–7 years experience in hospital medical operations or clinical administration
- Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
