- Input data from source documents into digital databases or spreadsheets.
- Check and verify data accuracy by cross-checking information.
- Update existing records and delete unnecessary or duplicate files.
- Organize, sort, and file paperwork or digital records for easy access.
- Generate basic reports and retrieve data as requested by team members.
- Perform regular data backups and quality checks to ensure security and prevent loss.
- Maintaining data confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
Skill & Other requirements:
- Any bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 0-6 months
- Good Typing
- Positive at excel & MS word
- Knowledge of SAP is added advantage.
- Salary: upto 15k
- Interested to work in rotational shifts
