Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Admission Counsellor to counsel students, generate enrolments, and achieve admission and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission leads and counsel students/working professionals for suitable academic programs.
- Generate and convert admission opportunities through calls, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend appropriate courses/programs.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams and university partners for smooth admission processing.
- Maintain accurate lead, counselling, and admission records in CRM/MIS.
- Resolve student and partner queries professionally and promptly.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.




- Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions counselling, EdTech, education sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sales orientation with target-driven approach.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
