Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative interior and landscape design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Design interiors for sample flats, lobbies, clubhouses, sales offices, common areas, and other amenities.
- Design landscape areas including gardens, podiums, terraces, pathways, recreational areas, open spaces, hardscape, and softscape.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring plans, landscape layouts, plantation plans, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare 3D views, mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.
- Select and finalize materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, plants, trees, outdoor furniture, and landscape elements.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, civil teams, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Prepare and review BOQs, specifications, material requirements, and execution details.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate landscape requirements such as irrigation, drainage, lighting, and plantation.




- Ensure designs are aesthetically appealing, practical, cost-effective, sustainable, and completed within project timelines.
- Handle multiple projects and ensure timely completion of design and execution activities.

Skills Required

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/Revit, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, or other relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, hardscape, softscape, plantation, and landscape execution.
- Positive understanding of design detailing and site execution.
- Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–8 years, preferably with a real estate developer, architecture, interior design, landscape, or construction firm.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
